System requirementsThe Fine-Tracker software is written in Java and runs on any platform where Java Runtime Environment version 1.6 (jre1.6) or newer is available. Running multiple copiesIt is not possible to run multiple copies of Fine-Tracker simultaneously. All settings are stored in one central place for each user, which is equal for all running copies under that user. Therefore they will share all settings, including those set by the configuration files, the command line, or even the defaults. This makes it impossible to use different input files or penalties, eliminating the usefulness of running multiple copies. |
